These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the NexDish mobile application (the "App") provided by NexDish ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the NexDish Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the Apple or Google account used to sign in and for information you add to NexDish. You must not use another person's account without permission.

Acceptable Use

Use the App only for lawful personal kitchen, pantry, recipe, planning, and shopping-list purposes. Do not misuse, interfere with, overload, or attempt to bypass App security, authentication, usage limits, or subscription controls; submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content; or access non-public parts of the App except where applicable law permits.

AI, Food Safety, and Nutrition

NexDish may generate recipe suggestions, ingredient detections, receipt-line suggestions, meal plans, shopping lists, and kitchen-assistant responses. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review all scan results, ingredient information, quantities, recipe steps, and meal suggestions before relying on them.

Do not rely on the App as a substitute for your own judgment regarding food safety, allergens, dietary restrictions, ingredients, or cooking practices.

Nutrition estimates, health-related summaries, and food-planning information are informational estimates only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.

Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds

Some App features may require a paid subscription. Products, prices, billing periods, and any trial or introductory offer are displayed by the applicable app store when offered.

An auto-renewing subscription renews unless you cancel it through the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your NexDish account does not cancel an app-store subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the App to restore a previous eligible purchase.

Purchase charges and refund requests are handled under the applicable app store's policies. NexDish does not promise refunds outside those policies.

Intellectual Property, Availability, and Liability

The App, its software, design, branding, and content made available by NexDish are owned by or licensed to NexDish. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App where permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. NexDish is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination and Governing Law

You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account from Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the App, users, service providers, or legal rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts located in England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
